This website, promptsforcpas.com ("we", "us"), is operated by Prompts for CPAs. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
Email address. When you sign up for our free PDF, articles, or the course waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. That's the only personal information we ask for.
Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
We use your email address to deliver the content you requested (such as the free prompts PDF), to send you practical emails about using AI in accounting work, and to let you know about our products. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Email signup and delivery are handled by MailerLite, which processes your email address on our behalf. The MailerLite form script may set cookies needed for the signup forms to work. Our website files are served by our hosting provider.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing nick@promptsforcpas.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
This site is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
